Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion through our elite and premier channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business models, operations, and organizational structures.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure aligned goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce initiatives to drive online sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales and/or online sales development experience, preferably in a B2C/B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of e-marketing tools, instruments, and web analytics.
  • Ability to create online sales approaches based on ROI-driven business models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
