Strategic Channel Development Director

We are seeking a visionary Channel Development Director to lead our global channel strategy and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful channel strategies, building strong relationships with partners, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a global channel partner strategy that aligns with the company's overall sales and business objectives.
- Identifying and recruiting channel partners, including resellers, distributors, VARs, and system integrators, across multiple geographic regions.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing channel partners while continually seeking opportunities to expand and strengthen partnerships.
- Providing comprehensive training, resources, and support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell our solutions effectively.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales tools, collateral, and training programs to help channel partners drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of channel partners and track their sales performance.
- Managing partner programs, incentives, and promotions to motivate channel partners to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Staying informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to identify opportunities for channel partner expansion and product development.
- Working with cross-functional teams to expand the company's channel partner network into new international markets.
- 5+ years of experience in managing channel partnerships in the Cybersecurity space.
- Proven track record of success in developing and scaling channel partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and partner management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple business units.
- A solutions-oriented mindset to solving complex issues in innovative and effective ways.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.
- Data-driven approach to strategic decisions related to channel partnerships.
- Business-level fluency in Portuguese, French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
