As an Area Sales Manager with Aggregate Industries, you will have the unique opportunity to cultivate lasting relationships with customers, expand our market presence, and drive meaningful change within a company dedicated to sustainability and reducing environmental impact.

In this permanent role, you will partner closely with customers to understand their needs, offering tailored product solutions and quotes. You will also identify new business opportunities, helping drive our expansion across the industry.

You will collaborate with various internal teams to guarantee smooth order processes, ensuring our clients receive timely, top-quality service.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building genuine connections, and is a proactive champion of sustainability and carbon neutrality. They should be able to naturally take initiative, reaching out to clients and finding ways to strengthen those relationships.

  • A competitive salary, plus bonus, totaling £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
