Job OverviewWe're seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations professional to join our high-powered go-to-market organization. Hightouch has experienced significant growth, expanding from 10 to 40+ account executives in under two years. We're looking for an individual who possesses the wisdom and insight to help us direct our talented team towards areas of greatest opportunity.
This role reports into the VP of Finance & Data and involves managing a Revenue Operations team member. As we anticipate continued growth, we aim to find someone who leads from the front and is eager to be hands-on-keyboard.
Key Accountabilities- Collaborate with sales leadership and the executive team to develop strategies for achieving growth objectives
- Analyze pipeline generation efforts and opportunity/sales funnel to identify areas of concern and opportunity
- Lead territory management, providing sales leadership and executives with insights on new hire success, territory splits, and market signals
- Provide clear and reliable forecasting to inform forward-thinking hiring and financial decisions
- Partner with sales leadership and the finance team to design compensation plans that motivate and reward employees
