LATAM Field Enablement Program Lead

At Amazon Web Services Argentina S.R.L. - F61, we are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Sales Enablement Manager for LATAM to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into a technical field enablement plan for assigned areas, performing detailed needs assessments, and creating, developing, managing, and leading the successful execution of cross-functional programs in conjunction with Business leaders and other key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of the strategic readiness plan and calendar for field enablement activities throughout the year, driving execution of the various onboarding and always-boarding initiatives and programs in your assigned area, designing and implementing metrics to measure training programs impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility, reviewing and managing the existing content library to determine opportunities to improve the learning experience, ensuring the content is current and relevant, and best technology is employed.
The Cloud Sales Enablement Manager for LATAM will work closely with peers and leadership to scale area programs across LATAM, collaborating with internal resources to develop and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies, and leveraging experience working within a high-growth, technology company to drive results.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
