**About the Role**
\We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Customer Experience Transformation Lead to join our team in LATAM. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of our customer experience across the region, driving change management, and ensuring seamless adoption of new ways of working.
\**Job Description**
\- Lead Change Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to drive cultural shift and behavioral change across the organization.\
- Drive Adoption: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies that support customer-centric initiatives.\
- Operationalize New Ways of Working: Work closely with global and local stakeholders to operationalize new ways of working, streamlining processes, and eliminating obstacles to customer satisfaction.\
- Develop Learning Journeys: Design and implement learning journeys to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.\
- Engage Stakeholders: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, business partners, and employees, to communicate progress and gather feedback.
