Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our overseas recruitment agency. The ideal candidate is a personable, people-oriented individual who is comfortable on camera and excels at closing deals. This role will start as part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time position as we continue to grow. This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct multiple daily meetings with interested leads with the primary goal of closing sales.
  • Utilize provided marketing materials and pitch deck to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Build out and continuously improve our sales process, leveraging your creativity and sales expertise.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help refine and optimize our sales strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English with an American accent (MUST HAVE).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Comfortable and confident on camera for virtual meetings and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in building and improving sales processes is a plus.
  • CRM expertise.
