About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with our Business Development team to help clients achieve their growth targets. You will gain hands-on experience working in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with time spent in our modern office with stunning sea views.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Work closely with our Google Ads team to ensure effective campaign management and optimization.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of €45,000 per annum, plus performance bonuses.
- A hybrid work schedule: three days remote, two days in our office.
- Four weeks of comprehensive training on Google Ads and sales strategy, with ongoing coaching and support.

Requirements:
- Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2).
