Proporcionar análisis y acciones que conduzcan a una mayor satisfacción del cliente, una mayor fidelidad al servicio y rentabilidad. Debe tener un conocimiento de Sistema de Servicios, Operaciones como así también los detalles específicos contractuales con el Cliente. Evaluar activamente el entorno de los clientes e identificar proactivamente acciones para mejoras continuas. Los Soporte de Cuenta pueden ser independientes o parte de un equipo dedicado.
Repuestos y Logistica : Comprenda el proceso de Logistica y sea proactivo para garantizar que las piezas estén en el lugar correcto y en el momento adecuado.
Tareas laborales diarias:
- Proporcionar análisis y acciones que conduzcan a una mayor satisfacción del cliente, una mayor fidelidad al servicio y rentabilidad. Debe tener un conocimiento de Sistema de Servicios, Operaciones y los detalles específicos contractuales con el Cliente.
- Evaluar activamente el entorno de los clientes e identificar proactivamente acciones para mejoras continuas. Los Soporte de Cuenta pueden ser independientes o parte de un equipo dedicado.
- Gobernanza del cliente: la máxima prioridad es la satisfacción del cliente. Establezca un modelo de gobernanza alineado con su(s) cliente(s). La cadencia impulsa el rendimiento del servicio, el compromiso y las mejoras continuas. Interacciones diarias, entrega de términos del contrato de servicios durante el ciclo de vida del acuerdo.
- Entrega de KPIs por rendimiento, garantizar la integridad de los datos dentro de los sistemas de NCR. Realiza informes y priorizaciones, mantiene relaciones de trabajo con el cliente y las organizaciones internas.
- Equipos Bad Actors y Eventos Cronicos: hardware que repetidamente no cumple con los estándares de calidad y rendimiento.
- Evitación de despachos: elimine los despachos mediante resolución remota, CIT y mejoras en el ajuste de las reglas comerciales de despacho de First Time Fix.
- Penalidades por SLA no cumplido : Revision de penalidades impuestas en el contrato firmado con el cliente.
