Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a **SR COSTUMER EXPERIENCE ANALYST**.

Principales responsabilidades:

- Propuesta de mejoras e interacción con los asesores de la compañía.
- Ejecutar y monitorear las encuestas de satisfacción de nuestros Clientes como parte del equipo de CX.
- Analizar las informaciones e interactuar con las áreas para detectar los problemas.
- Identificar posibles planes de acción y monitorear que sean ejecutados.
- Seguimiento de múltiples proyectos en forma simultánea y con diferentes interlocutores internos y externos

Requisitos:

- Experiência trabajando en áreas de Customer Experience, ambientales o ESG.
- Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos.
- Inglés avanzado - oral y escrito.

Modalidad: Hibrida

Lugar de trabajo: Olivos, Buenos Aires

Jornada: Lunes a Viernes de 9 a 18 hs
