En Remitee nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Customer Success Analyst para sumar a nuestro equipo de Payments Operations

**¿Cuáles van a ser tus responsabilidades?
- Gestionar iniciativas y proyectos para la mejora continua del equipo de Payments interactuando con otros equipos de la compañía
- Ser el responsable de la gestión del dashboard y métricas del área
- Extraer y manipular información de las diferentes bases de datos para proveer insights cuantitativos y cualitativos que permitan priorizar/jerarquizar mejoras de servicio
- Velar por un servicio de excelencia a nuestros clientes, interactuando con los mismos para identificar potenciales mejoras al producto
- Hacer sugerencias proactivas sobre mejoras de productos y servicios basadas en los hallazgos de la ejecución de análisis y experimentos de datos exploratorios

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Estudiantes/Graduados en las carreras de ingeniería, Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas o carreras afines
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en posiciones similares en Industria Fintech, ecommerce o medios de pago
- Conocimientos en SQL y Power Bi.
- Capacidad analítica y resolutiva.
- Ingles avanzado
