Customer Success Manager (Account)

We’re Ailet, a leading tech company providing high-tech services to the FMCG/Retail sector using image recognition technologies to boost sales efficiency. Our solutions grant real-time measurements of the most relevant shelf indicators. We help brands to know what’s happening in-store and how to improve sales performances.

Ailet is collaborating with the strongest brands in the FMCG community. We already worked with Danone, Mars, Kraft Heinz, and P&G. We have more than 30 clients Worldwide.

Due to scalability and business growth, we are looking for a **Customer Success Manager.**

**What our Customer Success Manager will do**:
**Account management**:

- Become customer’s advocate & escalation point;
- Build relationships and collect feedback regularly;
- Ensure service is provided at sufficient level of quality;
- Manage relationships with all partners involved;
- Orchestrate overall billing and payments.

**Customer Success**:

- Know customer’s processes and KPIs;
- Make sure Ailet solution drives customer’s operational excellence;
- Conduct benchmarking analysis among trusted pool of clients;
- Consult customers on best-in-class processes and latest IR use-cases;
- Catch market trends and share it with Ailet R&D team (product managers);
- Conduct business review meetings with customers, obtain data for case-studies.

**Farming**:

- Grow MRR through up-sell and cross-sell potential;
- Build yearly revenue plan for each entrusted customer and execute it;
- Ensure benchmarking level of customers retention;
- Maintain NRR (Net Revenue Retention) KPI at a strongly positive level.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- English and Spanish speaking/writing at B2+ is **a must**;
- Experience in CSM or BDM in the field of FMCG, Retail up to 2 years;
- 2+ years of experience in **B2B SaaS sales and marketing**;
- Excellent verbal & written presentation and project management, creating projects analytics, interaction with all levels both internally and externally.
- Experience in the creation of a sales plan and its implementation;
- Experience in developing, implementing and conducting customer surveys (NPS). Processing the results of surveys on product satisfaction;
- Advanced digital literacy.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with Enterprise clients;
- Technical background.
