Objetivo principal del rol: Contactar, desarrollar, ganar y mantener clientes. Recopilar información de clientes y mercados para actualizar a Producto y Trade Lane con las condiciones actuales.

Principales responsabilidades:

- Contactar, desarrollar, ganar y mantener clientes.
- Utilizar herramientas de inteligencia de mercado para identificar oportunidades y desarrollar acciones de targeting en conjunto con la gerencia del área.
- Planificar y administrar negocios, liderando la implementación en base a las necesidades del cliente.
- Cumplir con la cobertura de mercado en base al portafolio asignado.
- Crear una relación y confianza con los clientes apuntando a generar negocios duraderos donde pueda ampliarse el share of wallet.
- Recomendar soluciones logísticas, alineadas con el amplio portafolio de servicios de DGF, apuntando a generar incrementos en volumen y rentabilidad.
- Utilizar la red de DGF para intercambiar sales leads con otras oficinas y desarrollar oportunidades cubriendo ambos lados de la decisión.
- Trabajar en la retención de clientes realizando visitas conjuntas con la Gerencia del área y Producto, asegurando un soporte integral hacia el negocio.
- Utilizar, actualizar y mantener el sistema de seguimiento comercial Sales 360 (Salesforce)
- Recopilar información de clientes y mercados para contribuir con actualizaciones a Producto con las condiciones actuales.

Para avanzar a postular, por favor considerar los siguientes requerimientos:

- Experiência de al menos de 3 años en roles similares dentro del rubro Freight Forwarding.
- Perfil Hunter con alta capacidad de trabajo
- Profesional en Comercio Exterior o carreras afines.
- Buena comprensión del sector en la industria y conocimiento profundo de los productos DGF (AFR / OFR/CDZ/IWS) y modelos comerciales
- Manejo avanzado del idioma Inglés escrito y hablado.
- Trabajo en equipo y buen manejo relaciones interpersonales.
- Facilidad para la comunicación.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Orientación a la calidad de servicio y al logro.
- Orientado a la Mejora Continua.
