**Job Summary**

The Sales Associate, LATAM is responsible for increasing sales of the Company, customer satisfaction, and adding value to the customer's experience. The Sales Associate is also responsible for managing and optimizing the relationship between the company and its distributors. Including coordinating product distribution, ensuring timely deliveries, and fostering strong communication channels to enhance overall efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate professional relationships with new customers creating new leads and opportunities in the region.
- Giving sales presentations to customers.
- Support presales activities.
- Generating leads
- Establishing sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with distributors.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and distributors.
- Facilitate regular communication with distributors to share product updates, promotions, and relevant information.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by distributors.

**Job Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, distributor management, and/or a similar role,

**Technical skills**
- Project Management
- Microsoft Suite
- ERP (desire)
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is a plus.
- Advanced level of proficiency in English
- Advanced Spanish level (preferred)
