**Propósito de la posición**
El desafío será lograr dirigir, formar, evaluar y gestionar los distribuidores en el cumplimiento de las actividades y objetivos de ventas, cartera, merchandising y distribución para la unidad de negocio Vitaminas y Minerales de Nestlé Health & Science.
**Un día en la vida**
- Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas, promociones, visibilidad, entrega y cobros dentro de los plazos establecidos por la compañía y desarrollar planes y actividades para garantizar los cumplimientos de objetivos.
- Desarrollar, gestionar y ejecutar JBPs asertivos con Tops Distribuidores.
- Realizar seguimiento a la ejecución de la venta a través de las compras de los Distribuidores claves, el acompañamiento a la fuerza de ventas de terceros, la venta de un mix de producto adecuado promoviendo la codificación de nuevas referencias, estimulando la disponibilidad y visibilidad y realizando reuniones cotidianas con la fuerza de ventas, MKT y desarrollo comercial de los distribuidores.
- Gestionar todos los pedidos de los distribuidores e implicar a todas las partes interesadas para garantizar la asertiva ejecución de entrega y la facturación de estos.
- Ser el canal de comunicación para sus distribuidores / clientes, siendo responsable de la correcta implementación de las actividades Trade por parte de terceros/distribuidor, así como de velar para que los recursos dentro del cliente se implementen de la forma más rentable para la compañía. Garantizando siempre la ejecución de los JBPs con los distribuidores / clientes.
**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Estudios universitarios finalizados o en curso en carreras de Administración de empresas, Marketing, Comercial o afines.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en posiciones similares.
- Nível intermedio de inglés.
- Conocimiento de Paquete Office, nível intermedio
- Movilidad propia
