Job DescriptionThe Sales Growth Specialist role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the designated territory. This includes fostering strong, long-term connections with clients, gaining and maintaining an in-depth understanding of glass and building materials, and staying current on industry trends to support clients effectively.
- Sales Growth: Develop targeted strategies to drive consistent sales growth through lead generation.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term connections.
- Industry Expertise: Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of glass and building materials to provide expert advice to clients.
- Revenue Objectives: Focus on driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales, preferably within building materials (e.g., glass, granite).
- Skill Set: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Additional Assets: Golf skills can be beneficial for networking in the industry.
- Education: A degree or certification in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
