Customer Experience Coordinator

**Location**: Don Torcuato, Buenos Aires, Argentina
**Job Model**: Hybrid
This role involves analyzing and resolving customer and sales inquiries promptly. Strong communication and organizational skills will help you share positive information about our products, process orders efficiently, and provide effective customer support. Proficiency in data entry, basic accounting, and software usage, along with your dedication to building lasting customer relationships, will contribute to achieving monthly shipment goals and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsabilities**
- Process and prioritize incoming orders efficiently.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Provide comprehensive customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to invoicing, shipping, and complaints.
- Ensure prompt order acknowledgment and communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records, facilitate order fulfillment, and manage returns, while also offering detailed reporting and acting as a bridge between customers and internal departments for seamless issue resolution
**You bring**
- Graduated in Business studies, Communication Science or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP experience is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills for success in a fast-paced setting
- Intermediate / Advanced level of English
