Estamos en búsqueda de **Customer Experience Manager**, para sumarse a compañía aseguradora líder, con presencia internacional.

Como **Customer Experience Manager**, serás la voz de nuestros clientes. Tu rol será estratégico, trabajando junto a socios de negocios y alianzas tecnológicas para transformar nuestro negocio de manera innovadora. Serás el puente entre equipos de tecnología, comprenderás los desafíos de los clientes y abogarás por mejoras en nuestros productos y servicios.

**Tus responsabilidades claves serán**:

- ** **Fomentar relaciones sólidas con los distintos equipos de la Cia y asegurar su éxito con nuestros productos y servicios.
- Ser la voz del cliente, transmitiendo sus comentarios y necesidades a equipos internos.
- Ofrecer experiências personalizadas y relevantes, ayudando a los clientes a lograr sus objetivos deseados.
- Analizar tendencias y proporcionar retroalimentación interna para mejorar la adopción de productos.
- Realizar seguimiento constante de métricas como CSAT, NPS y tasas de incorporación.
- Actuar como consejero de confianza, conectando con equipos internos y anticipando necesidades.
- Priorizar las necesidades del cliente y asegurar su éxito a través de una entrega exitosa.
- Mantener altos níveles de compromiso y satisfacción del cliente, enfocándote en su retención.
- Guiar y capacitar al equipo, promoviendo la mentalidad de éxito del cliente.
- Potenciar la transformación de procesos de la Cía con una visión Customer Centric

**Requisitos**:

- Más de 5 años de experiência en éxito del cliente o consultoría estratégica (Preferentemente en rubro seguros o financiero)
- Estudios Universitarios completos
- Habilidad para gestionar partes interesadas, incluyendo altos mandos y equipos tecnológicos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Conocimiento de las tendencias del mercado y prácticas de éxito del cliente
- Perfil Data Driven
- Inglés Avanzado (Conversaciones con equipos a nível regional y Latam)
