**Job Description**:
Sumate al equipo de **Sales **como **_Business Development Representative (BDR)_** donde serás responsable de manejar la estrategia de nuevos negocios en cuentas prospectivas o existentes con el objetivo de introducir y posicionar los productos y servicios de MicroStrategy en la toma de decisiones de claves e impulsar las fases iniciales del ciclo de venta creando potenciales clientes.

**¿Cuál es tu foco?**
- Desarrollar estrategias en equipo con los Account Executives para crear prospectos para la fuerza de ventas.
- Realizar seguimiento a los prospectos que responden a las campañas de Marketing con el objetivo de crear contactos calificados.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de marketing en el desarrollo de nuevas formas de aumentar el conocimiento de los productos y servicios de MicroStrategy
- Mantener actualizadas las actividades diarias en los sistemas (Salesforce)
- Impulsar la participación de clientes en eventos de MicroStrategy y organizar reuniones comerciales.
- Adquirir conocimientos de los productos y servicios de MicroStrategy para orientar de manera efectiva el desarrollo comercial y asesorar a los clientes de manera clara.

**Qualifications**:
**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa de más de 3 años en posiciones similares.
- Ser estudiante o graduado de Comercialización, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Nível avanzado de Inglés (Oral y Escrito). Será un plus contar con conocimientos en Portugués.
- Serán valorados perfiles que se hayan desempeñado en empresas IT, Software o industria de la tecnología.
- Habilidades requeridas: Motivación, Innovación, Pasión, Integridad, Trabajo en Equipo, Orientación al Cliente y objetivos
