Acerca del Rol


La posición de Business Development Representative estará orientada a la generación de demanda para la generación de oportunidades de venta relacionadas con los servicios (SaaS) B2B ofrecidos por Prisma. Este rol trabaja en equipo con las áreas de Presales, Sales y Marketing para el logro de sus objetivos. Como path de natural carrera, la posición tiene como perspectiva convertirse en un potencial account manager con territorios y cuota de venta asignada.


Principales Responsabilidades


  • Participar en la evaluación y definición de sales plays, estableciendo mensajes ganadores para generar primeros contactos con potenciales clientes.
  • Investigar e identificar prospectos potenciales en el mercado objetivo.
  • Contactar prospectos a través de realizar llamadas y enviar correos electrónicos y/o mensajes de LinkedIn para iniciar conversaciones con clientes potenciales.
  • Participar en las primeras conversaciones (awareness)
  • Calificar leads según los criterios establecidos por el equipo de ventas.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para garantizar una transición fluida de leads cualificados.
  • Utilizar herramientas y plataformas de software especializadas para el seguimiento y la gestión de leads.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de los prospectos en el sistema CRM hasta que son traspasados a los account executives.
  • Participar en reuniones de equipo y colaborar en estrategias para mejorar la eficiencia y la efectividad del equipo de desarrollo de ventas.
  • Responder y pre calificar inbound leads
  • Proporcionar retroalimentación valiosa sobre la calidad de los leads y las respuestas del mercado.


Requisitos


  • Experiencia previa: mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas o desarrollo de negocios B2B de productos SaaS
  • Educación: educación universitaria en campos relacionados con negocios, marketing o tecnología. Se valora idioma inglés y portugués fluido.
  • Habilidades de comunicación: excepcionales habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
  • Conocimientos técnicos: familiaridad con el uso de CRMs, herramientas digitales y Linkedin avanzado
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno orientado a metas
  • Se valorará el contar con experiencia laboral trabajando con compañías de retail o consumo masivo
