**Backoffice Abroad **is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. If you are a self-starter with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you

**As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for**:

- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and marketing efforts
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, educating them about the company’s services, and persuading them to schedule a demo or consultation.
- Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to identify potential prospects
- Managing and updating the company's CRM system, including lead tracking, account management, and sales forecasting.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the virtual event conferencing services or financial coaching industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
