En Lead Growth, estamos buscando a un/a Business Development Representative para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico y altamente motivado. Como BDR, serás una parte esencial de nuestra misión de ser líderes en generación de Leads B 2B y Account Based Marketing en LATAM.

¿Qué harás?

  • Identificar y prospectar clientes potenciales en el mercado objetivo.
  • Establecer contactos estratégicos y construir relaciones sólidas con clientes potenciales.
  • Comprender las necesidades y desafíos de los clientes y ofrecer soluciones adaptadas a sus requerimientos.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con nuestros equipos de marketing y ventas para garantizar una experiencia fluida y exitosa para nuestros clientes.
  • Contribuir al crecimiento continuo de Lead Growth y ser un motor clave para alcanzar nuestros objetivos comerciales.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia previa en ventas en frío o desarrollo de negocios, especialmente en el ámbito B 2B y tecnológico.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociación.
  • Experiencia trabajando con CRMs (Preferiblemente Hubspot).
  • Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de prospección (Lusha, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)
  • Pasión por la innovación y el desarrollo de soluciones personalizadas para nuestros clientes.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo, adaptándote a un entorno de ritmo rápido y dinámico.
