Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This remote position is ideal for a candidate located in Latin America who is ready to engage with the United States market. The SDR will be responsible for generating new leads and building a strong pipeline of potential clients through strategic outreach on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and within startup communities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or lead generation, with a deep understanding of the software development industry.

What You’ll Need

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to generate leads and identify potential clients through Upwork, LinkedIn, and startup communities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Engage with prospects through personalized outreach messages, emails, and social media interactions.
  • Qualify leads based on their potential for business opportunities and schedule meetings with the sales team.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads by consistently following up with prospects and nurturing relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and align on target markets.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest sales tools and technologies to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Explaining basic features and services being offered to the clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the software development or tech industry.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and lead nurturing processes.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Upwork, and other social media platforms for lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
  • Passionate about technology and staying current with industry trends.
  • An entrepreneurial and persuasive spirit.
  • Unafraid of rejection
  • Sustained comfortability and efficiency in a work-from-home set-up
  • Willing to put in the work with emails, messages etc to source potential customers
  • High discipline and focus
