**Company Description**

Gemcaps Healthcare is a provider of concierge-level revenue cycle management (RCM) services in the healthcare industry. Our team of industry experts leverages technology to automate and streamline processes, ensuring full end-to-end RCM solutions. We prioritize data analytics and reporting to empower administrators to make informed financial decisions and improve internal workflow and care delivery patterns.

The sales team has successfully met revenue targets for last year and we expanding the team as a result. You will be one of the first Sales Development Representatives (SDR) on the team and will have visibility into how a company scales and potentially be able to give input on key decisions for developing processes. Furthermore, you will be involved with processes and decisions and be able see the impact of your work.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative at Gemcaps Inc. The SDR will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development. The role involves effectively communicating with potential clients, generating leads, and contributing to the growth and success of the company. The SDR will also collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets. SDRs will be taught all of essential skills to become a successful Account Executive at any company during their time at Gemcaps. The most successful SDRs will also have the opportunity to be considered to become an Account Executive after 1 year of proven performance.
- Make at least 100 - 150 phone calls per day
- Set appointments with account executives
- Create and manage leads in a CRM
- Attend weekly sales team meetings and 1 on 1s.
- Learn Account Executive skills
- Other projects as needed

**Preferred Qualifications (All are welcomed to apply)**
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
- Excellent communication skills - English
- Business Development experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Experience in the US healthcare industry is a plus

Pay: $8,777,350.00 - $11,410,555.00 per year
