**FULLY REMOTE**

Onyx Air is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a sales development representative responsible for research & pre-qualification of leads, communication with prospective clients, and sales of the company’s offerings, primarily to the US and Canadian markets.

This is a remote position and you will be paid a fixed salary plus generous commissions, **all in US Dollars.**

**Job Duties**:

- Presentation and promotion of the company’s services
- Scheduling meetings with qualified clients
- Researching client contact information
- Periodic researching of client needs and trends
- Tracking all progress in a CRM
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Full fluency in English
- 1 year of experience in a similar sales role is preferred (cold calls, client facing)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with Excel (basic)
- Familiarity with various prospecting tools
- Ability to convince and effectively negotiate
- Ability to work with various types of people
- Analytical and methodical approach to work, with great attention to detail.
- Persistent, motivated, and outgoing personality
