Travel Percentage: 10 - 15%

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports field sales initiatives and shares individual and/or team quotas with the field.
  • Generates potential customers and finalizes sales obtained through cold calling.
  • Schedules appointments for new prospects.
  • Updates customers on company promotions and upgrades, utilizes persuasive methods to encourage customers, and prompts timely purchases to qualify for discounts.
  • Evaluates leads, identifies decision-makers, assesses customer needs, explains product/service options, suggests the most suitable products/services, outlines features and benefits, handles customer objections, and concludes sales.
  • Submits daily or weekly reports to field sales managers or inside sales management.
  • Addresses inquiries and resolves issues.
  • Attempts to upsell or cross-sell each account.
  • Prepares necessary sales documents.
  • Performs other relevant assigned duties as required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Prior experience in technology sales (preferred but not compulsory)
  • Familiarity with processes and tools for both inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Knowledge of company products, services, and business procedures to facilitate resolution of customer inquiries
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and empathy in interactions with others
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process
  • Requires strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Analytical skills essential for identifying client business needs and requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in English
