Inside Sales Representative Specialist

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports field sales initiatives and shares individual and/or team quotas with the field.
- Generates potential customers and finalizes sales obtained through cold calling.
- Schedules appointments for new prospects.
- Updates customers on company promotions and upgrades, utilizes persuasive methods to encourage customers, and prompts timely purchases to qualify for discounts.
- Evaluates leads, identifies decision-makers, assesses customer needs, explains product/service options, suggests the most suitable products/services, outlines features and benefits, handles customer objections, and concludes sales.
- Submits daily or weekly reports to field sales managers or inside sales management.
- Addresses inquiries and resolves issues.
- Attempts to upsell or cross-sell each account.
- Prepares necessary sales documents.
- Performs other relevant assigned duties as required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Prior experience in technology sales (preferred but not compulsory)
- Familiarity with processes and tools for both inbound and outbound prospecting
- Knowledge of company products, services, and business procedures to facilitate resolution of customer inquiries
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and empathy in interactions with others
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process
- Requires strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Analytical skills essential for identifying client business needs and requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English
