**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to engage our extensive client base
- Present compelling membership offers and address any plumbing-related needs
- Educate customers on services and benefits to drive sales
- Guide leads through the sales pipeline, from initial outreach to successful closure
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to exceed targets and achieve collective goals
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
- Deliver post-sales support and follow-up to ensure unwavering customer satisfaction
- Continuously explore avenues for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product enhancements, and competitive landscape

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent proficiency in the English language
- Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets in previous roles
- Exceptional aptitude for customer service and satisfaction
- Superlative verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for lead management and sales tracking
- Previous experience in a commission-based sales capacity is highly desirable
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and customer requirements
- Knowledge of the plumbing or related industry is advantageous

Pay: Base $200 + Comission.
Ability to earn over $1,300+ a month
