**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM softwares such as Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
- Knowledge in the recruitment area will be necessary.
