We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team as an independent contractor. This role is crucial in managing our sales pipeline, engaging with potential clients, and driving the initial stages of our sales process. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with interested leads, answering questions about our software solutions and scheduling appointments.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with interested prospects, providing detailed information and booking appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be located within North American time zones to ensure alignment with our operational hours.

Compensation
- Base compensation plus commission for each call successfully booked.
