Hello Sugar is a fast-growing waxing and sugaring franchise with over 100 locations worldwide. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and skilled Sales Representative to join our team and drive our laser hair removal sales.
The Role
As a Sales Representative at Hello Sugar, you will play a critical role in converting warm leads into loyal customers. This role involves interacting with potential clients who have expressed interest in laser hair removal, educating them about our services, and booking their first appointments. Your main goal is to help clients feel comfortable and confident in their decision to choose Hello Sugar, all while promoting an enticing promotional offer.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Conversion**: Contact warm leads who have filled out a form expressing interest in laser hair removal. Engage with them to convert into service packages.
- **Client Education**: Provide detailed information and education about laser hair removal, ensuring clients feel knowledgeable and confident.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Effectively schedule clients for their first appointment, emphasizing the benefits of our promotional offers.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all interactions are conducted with professionalism and empathy.
- **Sales Tracking**: Keep accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-ups using our CRM tools.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and report feedback from clients to enhance our services and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- **Language**: Expert fluency in English is essential.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, especially in healthcare, beauty, or wellness industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong persuasive abilities, and a professional demeanor.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- **Education**: A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
