Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to engage our extensive client base
  • Present compelling membership offers and address any plumbingrelated needs
  • Educate customers on services and benefits to drive sales
  • Guide leads through the sales pipeline, from initial outreach to successful closure
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to exceed targets and achieve collective goals
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
  • Deliver postsales support and followup to ensure unwavering customer satisfaction
  • Continuously explore avenues for upselling and crossselling to maximize revenue
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, product enhancements, and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

  • Fluent proficiency in the English language
  • Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets in previous roles
  • Exceptional aptitude for customer service and satisfaction
  • Superlative verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for lead management and sales tracking
  • Previous experience in a commissionbased sales capacity is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and customer requirements
  • Knowledge of the plumbing or related industry is advantageous

Pay:
Base $200 + Comission.

Ability to earn over $1,300+ a month
