Buscamos un Growth Leader dinámico y experimentado para supervisar y optimizar nuestras operaciones de Lead Generation e inside Sales. Este rol clave actuará como mando medio, reportando directamente al CMO y liderando nuestros equipos de Business Development y Lead Generation.
Responsabilidades principales
- Liderar y gestionar los equipos de BizDev y LeadGen, estableciendo objetivos claros y KPIs.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para optimizar el funnel de ventas y mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el CMO para alinear las estrategias de Growth con los objetivos generales de la empresa.
- Supervisar y optimizar el uso de herramientas de ventas y marketing para maximizar el ROI.
- Analizar datos de rendimiento y proporcionar insights accionables para mejorar procesos y resultados.
- Facilitar la alineación entre los equipos de ventas, y generación de leads.
- Implementar y mantener CRM y otras tecnologías relevantes para el flujo de trabajo de RevOps.
Requirements
- 3+ años de experiencia en roles de RevOps, ventas o marketing B2B.
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia demostrada en liderazgo de equipos y gestión de proyectos.
- Conocimiento profundo de las mejores prácticas de email marketing.
- Habilidades analíticas sólidas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Experiencia con algunas de las siguientes herramientas: Hubspot (excluyente), Clay, Apollo, 6Sense, Reply, Zoominfo, Zapier o similares.
- Inglés avanzado.
