Oatly AB, a leader in the plant-based dairy alternatives market, is seeking an experienced Club Channel Business Growth Leader to drive business expansion in this strategic channel.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a long-term growth strategy for our Chilled, Ambient, and Frozen non-dairy alternative products in the Club Channel. Your expertise in building lasting and sustainable businesses will be instrumental in scaling our presence in this channel and identifying new opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Grocery, with a strong background in managing Club/Costco channels. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a deep understanding of Integrated Business Planning, PL management, and Sales Operations Planning is essential.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Oatly's mission of promoting health, sustainability, and transparency in the food industry. As a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will be part of a dynamic team that values individual accountability and ownership.

We offer a competitive salary range of $225,000 - $240,000 based on factors such as geographic location, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. This estimate may include bonus, commission, or equity as applicable.
