YOUR MISSION
Drive SOUTHWORKS' growth in the US: land new logos, then own and grow those accounts long-term. You'll be a hunter who brings in fresh business and a farmer who nurtures, expands, and retains it.
What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Hunt, qualify, and close new US accounts.
- Own the full sales funnel: outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, contract.
- Grow client accounts over time: upsell new roles, renew contracts, identify cross-sell opportunities.
Preferred / Supporting Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in the CRM.
- Liaise with Marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and demand gen.
- Ensure handoff and delivery alignment with Talent & Delivery teams.
- Represent DevForce at US industry events, webinars, and engineer communities.
- Map and refine ICPs per vertical.
- Participate in strategy and GTM planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of BD / sales experience in staffing (developers), IT services, or software development.
- Proven track record of winning US clients (hunting).
- Experience growing accounts (upsell, renewals).
- Strong relationships / network with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, technical leaders.
- Excellent verbal/written English (C1+).
- Self-driven, resilient, highly accountable.
- Preferred: Knowledge of engineering practices (cloud, DevOps, AI).
- Preferred: Background in nearshore / outsourcing / managed engineering teams.

- Revenue & Profitability: Meeting or exceeding your annual sales targets, reviewed quarterly, while maintaining healthy margins across multiple US clients.
- Pipeline Health: Building and managing a strong, qualified pipeline that consistently supports your revenue and profitability goals.
