The Core of the Role:

This position requires a relentless focus on outreach and organization, acting as the crucial first point of contact for potential customers.

Your Daily Mission:

  • Make high-volume daily outreach (50 outbound calls and 50 text messages).
  • Master daily lead management, follow-up, and CRM updates.
  • Pre-qualify customers based on financing requirements.
  • Coordinate appointments and verify inventory availability.
  • Provide daily progress updates to management.

Performance Standards & Expectations:
The minimum expectation is securing
two confirmed, qualified appointments per workday
. Success in this role demands consistent follow-through, same-day data entry, and exceptional professionalism.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experience:
    0–1 year in sales or outreach; automotive sales/BDC/customer service experience is a plus.
  • Language:
    Must be proficient in both
    English and Spanish
    (English level 8.0–9.0 minimum).
  • Tech Savvy:
    Comfortable with CRM systems, data entry, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Education:
    High School diploma.
