About the Role

We're looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to be the front line of our revenue engine. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, turning interest into high-quality meetings for our sales team.

This role is perfect for someone who's
hungry, organized, curious, and coachable
, and wants to grow into a closing or leadership role.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and engage outbound leads via
    email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Qualify inbound leads and determine fit, timing, and buying intent
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Research accounts and personalize outreach based on ICPs
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead notes in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting
  • Consistently hit or exceed
    monthly meeting and pipeline targets

Who You Are

  • 0–3 years experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and handling objections
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
  • Curious mindset — you want to understand the product, customer pain, and market
  • Coachable, competitive, and motivated by performance-based compensation

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS or startup environments
  • Familiarity with tools like
    HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
  • Experience selling to
    founders, operators, or technical buyers
