Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Buenos Aires. The role involves conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Specialist will analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions, collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with overall company goals, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and market trend analysis.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build and maintain client relationships.
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service to build lasting partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
