TXT International is an international executive search firm, working with many of the world's most important S&P 500 / FTSE 100 corporations and their senior leadership teams to help fill senior-level vacancies (normally C-level, SVPs and VPs) worldwide.

We are seeking a business development consultant to join our growing and successful international team. This is a remote position based in Buenos Aires.

The initial focus of the position will be on developing business with new customers/contacts globally, and if successful, the role will move towards a full-spectrum recruitment consultant position

We're looking for a confident, articulate professional with excellent English communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and strong time-management abilities.

We offer a competitive base salary, an uncapped, lucrative commission structure, eligibility for our 4-day working week program after 1 year of employment, paid holidays and sponsorship of MBAs.
