We have four operations worldwide (Buenos Aires, Mexico DF, Madrid, USA) and work for clients in the consumer goods, telecoms, banking, and retail industries, among others.

We are seeking a
Business strategy consultant based in Buenos Aires.

We are looking for a team player, a curious and passionate candidate eager to learn about consumer behavior, trends, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects for local and global companies.
  • Received and understood client briefs and translated them into inspirational proposals with a strong approach to generating business growth.
  • Creatively develop content to drive business opportunities.
  • Develop and build long-term partnerships with Clients.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, technology, Data Science, and a bachelor's degree in social sciences.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years working in marketing or consulting roles within marketing agencies, leading FMCG or services companies, or strategy consulting firms.
  • Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Team player, curious, and passionate.
  • Experience working with multinational brands and clients.
  • Fascinated by consumer behavior, cultural trends, and strategy.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, develop and sustain business and long-term relations.
  • Fit with BMC values: leadership, passion, sensitivity, perspective, accountability, and creativity.
  • Fully Bilingual in Spanish and English.
