Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in La Plata. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, performing market research to identify potential leads, maintaining and improving customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets and collaborating closely with internal teams to provide clients with tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Experience in lead generation and market research, with a proven ability to identify and engage with potential opportunities
  • Proficient customer service skills to nurture relationships and resolve client inquiries effectively
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software is a plus
