Job Purpose
Unicorn is looking for a strategic and driven Partnership and Business Development Manager . This role focuses on identifying, establishing, and nurturing partnerships with key players in the fintech, media, and startup ecosystems. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial thinker with a strong network, skilled at negotiating and building alliances that align with our brand's mission and growth objectives

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a partnership strategy to support Unicoin goals
  • Lead the identification, development, negotiation, and closing of strategic partnerships across key verticals: fintech, media, fashion/lifestyle, events, sports, gaming, and wellness
  • Ensure activation of all partnerships with measurable results (e.g., impressions, registrations, lead generation, brand visibility, coin integration)
  • Lead and oversee the Partnerships Team and internal affiliates, with each member dedicated to a core business vertical.
  • Conduct and improve the team's structure, composition, and operating cadence
  • Guide internal coordination and implementation with marketing, product, and comms to ensure each partnership is fully leveraged
  • Maintain accountability for all partnership targets, including those delivered through the team
  • Tailor Unicoin's brand narrative and value proposition per vertical and region

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, ideally within fintech, entertainment, or technology sectors
  • Demonstrated success in securing and managing high-value partnerships
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with senior-level stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus
  • Ability to analyze market dynamics and translate insights into strategic action plans
  • Experience in working within cross-functional, international teams
  • Flexible and adaptable – can manage change and work comfortably with ambiguity
  • Team player – works well in a collaborative environment
