Desde el Team Growth, estamos buscando quien se sume como Senior Growth Manager.

El rol consiste en:

- Acompañar la gestión y el diseño del plan de madurez digital del cliente, enfocándose en los objetivos y necesidades de negocio.
- Velar por las condiciones necesarias para lograr la adopción de capacidades por parte del cliente y las áreas involucradas: requerimientos, conocimientos, flujo de trabajo, desarrollo de playbooks y golden rules.
- Trabajar en la integración de los equipos y de los objetivos a lo largo del funnel.

Descripción del empleo

- Elaboración y seguimiento de un plan de madurez y aceleración digital basándose en las herramientas propias del grupo y los pilares de la compañía, tanto con foco en estrategia, negocio y plataformas de Publicidad digital.
- Adopción de nuevas tecnologías, formatos, proveedores, funcionalidades de plataformas, entre otros.
- Elaboración de informes de competencia y categoría que permitan entender oportunidades de la industria.
- Reportes profundos de benchmarking, campañas e históricos de la marca con el fin de detectar insights y accionables, tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos.
- A/B testing, desarrollo de hipótesis y resultados.
- Cumplir con los objetivos de innovación del cliente.
- Desarrollo de casos de éxito y de aplicación.
- Conocimiento de plataformas analíticas y de campañas de Publicidad digital, objetivos y métricas digitales.
- Conocimiento en Analytics.
- Conocimiento en Meta, Programmatic y Google Ads.
- Conocimiento en herramientas de análisis como SimilarWeb, comScore es un plus.
- Conocimiento en la asignación y planificación de presupuestos y objetivos a lo largo del funnel.
- Conocimiento en medición, taggeos, pixels es un plus.
- Conocimiento de la definición de KPIs y OKRs.
- Conocimientos en la elaboración de gantts y seguimiento de proyectos.
- Conocimiento en la elaboración de casos de estudio y de éxito.
- Conocimientos en el armado de presentaciones y la capacidad de contar una historia valiéndose de datos.
- Conocimiento de Excel, Power Point, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams.
