En **Growth** estamos en la búsqueda de un **Planning & Strategic Manager** para sumarse al equipo de importante holding de empresas de **Paraguay**.

**Tendrá como responsabilidad**:

- ** Planificación Estratégica**: Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias a largo plazo que promuevan el crecimiento y la innovación en todas las empresas del holding.
- ** Análisis de Mercado**: Realizar análisis profundos de los mercados para identificar oportunidades y amenazas, adaptando las estrategias según sea necesario.
- Gestión de Proyectos: Supervisar proyectos clave, asegurando que se completen a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con los objetivos deseados.
- ** Colaboración Interempresarial**: Facilitar la colaboración entre las distintas empresas del holding para aprovechar sinergias y optimizar recursos.
- ** Innovación Digital**:Impulsar la adopción de tecnologías emergentes y soluciones digitales en todas las empresas del grupo.
- ** Análisis Financiero**: Supervisar y analizar los datos financieros para informar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

**Para la misma se requiere: son excluyentes para la posición**
- Experiência en Roles de Alta Dirección: Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en roles de liderazgo en planificación estratégica o gestión empresarial.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a Paraguay a demanda o relocalizacion
- Gestión de Proyectos: Experiência comprobada en la gestión exitosa de proyectos a gran escala.
- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía, o campos relacionados. Un MBA o equivalente es altamente preferible.
