El especialista en soporte de ventas actuará como punto de contacto regional para el CRM y los informes de ventas para la fuerza de ventas de América del Norte.

Funciones esenciales:

- Ejecutar el proceso de validación de ventas regionales
- Servir como Supervisor regional de CRM; Proporcionar formación a los usuarios; Proporcionar soporte al usuario de nivel 1 Coordinar el soporte adicional con el usuario y el departamento de TI
- Trabajar con el liderazgo regional de ventas para aprovechar la información de CRM para aumentar la eficacia del equipo de ventas
- Proporcionar capacitación a los miembros del equipo de ventas local en relación con las herramientas y servicios ofrecidos por COE
- Gestión de procesos de clientes potenciales de ventas
- Órdenes de enrutamiento
- Bases
- Seguimiento de clientes potenciales a lo largo del ciclo de ventas
- Producir métricas asociadas
- Genere informes de ventas locales según lo requiera la gestión de ventas regional/global
- Mantener las tablas de vendedores en el sistema de reclutamiento de ventas
- Obtener listas de asistentes
- Identificar prospectos y distribuirlos a los equipos de ventas
- Monitorear el seguimiento de las ventas
- Realice un seguimiento de los ingresos relacionados
- Proporcionar apoyo según sea necesario a la gestión de ventas regional
- Mantener listas de objetivos de ventas
- Supervise el rendimiento de los vendedores en las cuentas objetivo
- Supervise el seguimiento de las ventas en los listados de clientes potenciales
- Proporcionar apoyo adicional para todas las iniciativas de COE según sea necesario
- Supervise la eficacia de los procesos de soporte de ventas: trabaje con COE para mejorar constantemente
- Capacitación cruzada con especialistas regionales en documentación

Habilidades y requisitos clave:

- Requiere un título de BA / BS
- Preferible 2+ años de experiencia en ventas exitosa y documentada
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación y comunicación (verbal y escrita)
- Competencia informática en aplicaciones de Microsoft Office.
- Trayectoria académica y profesional exitosa con logros, clasificaciones o premios sólidos
- Experiencia en la industria del transporte, ventas de soluciones de servicio o ventas internacionales
