La posición tiene a su cargo el liderazgo de los equipos de Cuentas y Ventas Técnicas de una región, para asegurar el cumplimiento de las ventas, la promoción, trabajo de campo, levantamiento de conceptos técnicos e introducción de todo el portafolio de la compañía.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Gestionar equipo de cuentas y ventas técnicas logrando optimizar la gestión de procesos de ventas y trabajo en campo.
- Responsable de optimizar / ajustar / llevar adelante el forecast de ventas utilizando CRM / Alexis para su región y comunicarlo asertivamente a los BUMs / PMs.
- Mapeo de clientes: Gate keepers, influenciadores y conocimiento del customer journey. Relacionamiento con decisores clave en clientes y distribuidores.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de healthcare compliance, calidad, farmacovigilancia.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las ventas dentro de los marcos de precios y clientes / distribuidores autorizados por la dirección.
Requisitos:
- Formación universitaria en Administración, Marketing, Comercialización o similar.
- Experiencia en comercial de dispositivos médicos, y en el liderazgo de equipos.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Paquete office avanzado, CRM.
