Job Description

The Director of Sales will lead the sales function for Recruitment Room, focusing on driving revenue growth and managing key client relationships.

About This Role

This is a high-activity role that requires a strong focus on pipeline generation, qualification, and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, gathering requirements, and tailoring product positioning and demonstrations to fit customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline generation, qualification, enrichment, and execution
  • High activity level for prospecting (including calls, messaging across multiple platforms, and meetings)
  • Gathering prospect requirements and tailoring product positioning and demonstrations to fit needs
  • Develop, execute, and implement channel and partner strategy programs with an emphasis on incremental revenue generation
  • Handling deals end-to-end (commercial, negotiation, procurement)
  • Identifying key customers' feedback/requirements and reporting back to Product and Marketing
  • Representing at conferences, attending meetups, and contributing to overall brand and awareness
  • Working with local channel partners to facilitate deals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience as a lead sales executive working for a technology company in the fintech sector, with a strong focus on driving revenue and managing key client relationships
  • A maverick – able to operate alone in a territory with remote support
  • Extensive experience in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity space is preferred
  • Tech-savvy, self-driven
  • Excellent written oral communication in English. Other languages are a plus
  • Go-getter and doer – do not wait to be fed, pro-active
  • Capable of performing in an agile and flexible startup environment
  • Knowledge and experience in Blockchain technology – advantage
Compensation Package

$120,000 base salary + Equity (Galaxy Company Shares) + Commission.
