Business Development Manager

At MhyMatch, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to drive sales of our cutting-edge software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance client business processes and technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- IDentify New Business Opportunities: Utilize your market analysis skills to identify new sales opportunities for our SaaS and enterprise software solutions.
- Nurture Client Relationships: Develop and manage long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver Compelling Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the value of our software solutions to clients through compelling sales presentations and product demos.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our development, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technology sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to create and deliver comprehensive business strategies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting complex technical information.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.com, and understanding of sales process management.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission-based incentives, health insurance, paid time off, and flexible working hours.
