We are looking for a skilled Sales & Marketing Effectiveness Senior Associate to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of patients as we research, manufacture, and deliver innovative medicines.

Sales & Marketing Effectiveness Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system (Veeva), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to generate insights and reports for business performance metrics.
  • Support and collaborate with Brand Teams and In-Field teams to develop tools and strategies for improving customer interactions.
  • Build Sales & Market Performance Dashboards & KPIs based on different data sources.
  • Actively participate in business planning processes, including quarterly business reviews, brand POA, and strategic planning processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree OR
  2. Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in similar positions in a large pharmaceutical company OR
  3. Associate's degree and 6 years of experience in similar positions in a large pharmaceutical company OR
  4. High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience in similar positions in a large pharmaceutical company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of sales and marketing processes within the healthcare sector.
  3. Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, PowerBI, and Veeva.
  4. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  5. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (written, verbal, and presentation).
  6. Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Understanding of multi-channel marketing concepts.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
