About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Strategist to support our Sales Team in Americas Theater. This key role will be pivotal in optimizing sales strategies, enhancing productivity, and minimizing risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders: Assist in defining sales strategies, running funnel team meetings, and providing data-driven insights using SFDC, Power BI, MS Excel, and Microsoft Data Warehouse.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales funnel data and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with sales leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Forecasting: Run forecast calls, analyze data for roll-up, and reconcile with the team to ensure accurate sales projections.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales success on dashboards and provide proactive suggestions to enhance sales management.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in SFDC, Power BI, MS Excel, and Microsoft Data Warehouse.
- Strong collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and optimize resources effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
