About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Operations Lead to join our team at Amazon Web Services Argentina S.R.L. - F61. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our business by providing data-driven insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and research various data sets to provide deep insights into sales performance and customer behavior.
  • Generate ad hoc and recurring business analysis reports to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement systems and tools to improve sales processes and increase efficiency.
  • Manage monthly forecast and financial models to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide recommendations to senior leadership on sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing systems and tools to improve sales processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and BI tools, such as Tableau.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
